Content plays a central role in how users experience Sri Mandir. From social media and CRM communication to brand storytelling and product-led narratives, words help us inform, inspire, and build trust with millions of users every day. We’re looking for writers who understand culture, language, and digital behavior and can translate that into meaningful, high-impact content.

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented bilingual writer (Hindi & English) with 0–3 years of experience creating high-impact content for new-age, digital-first brands. The ideal candidate is creative, culturally aware, and has hands-on experience with social media content, Ad Scripts  and CRM communication.

As an Associate Content Writer, you will research, create, edit, and maintain high-quality content across devotional, mythology, and brand-led narratives. You should be comfortable writing across formats ranging from social posts, brand campaigns, and short scripts to product-led and lifecycle content while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and cultural sensitivity.

You will work closely with editorial, design, marketing, and creative teams to deliver  reader-first content that informs, inspires, and engages millions of users, while maintaining a consistent voice and a delightful content experience across channels.

Responsibilities

• Research the devotional and mythology space to create in-depth, rich, and accurate content.

• Create and translate content for various marketing collaterals and channels such as social media content, Ad Scripts  and CRM communication and more, in English and Hindi.

• Research relevant trends, hot and emerging keywords, and content gaps to create fresh and engaging content for Indian and global audiences.

• Set up and maintain content quality benchmarks and ensure adherence across all published content.

• Create monthly and seasonal editorial calendars in collaboration with the editorial team.

• Commission articles from the writing team (freelance and in-house) and ensure on-time delivery.

• Evaluate, review, and approve submitted articles for cohesiveness, accuracy, tone, and freshness.

• Edit and rewrite articles, including returning content for revisions where required.

• Edit and rewrite descriptions, website content, marketing communication, and other content assets.

• Ensure all published content is reader-friendly, SEO-optimized, and of top-notch quality.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and timely outcomes.

• Coordinate with design teams and oversee artwork, design, and photography for web content.

Requirements

• Excellent English and Hindi writing skills with the ability to research, structure, and deliver grammatically error-free content.

• 0 to 3 years of experience in English and Hindi content writing. 

• Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Hindi and English.

• Strong interest in Devotional, Mythology, and Spiritual domains.

• Good understanding of data, metrics, and the ability to gather insights to improve content performance.

• High ownership mindset with strong accountability and initiative-taking ability.

• Process-oriented thinking with the ability to build scalable systems.

• Experience or interest in building teams and scalable content processes.

• Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for using tools to scale content operations.
