The primary responsibility of this role is to support user queries via inbound and outbound voice calls for Srimandir.stores. The role involves assisting users with order-related queries, payments, deliveries, refunds, and general support while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
Proficient in Telugu (Primary) with excellent verbal communication skills.
Kannada (Optional) and Tamil (Optional) language proficiency is a plus.
Comfortable handling customer conversations over voice calls for extended durations.
Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and resolve user concerns effectively.
Customer-first mindset with patience and empathy.
Basic proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Prior experience in voice-based customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
Handle user queries primarily via voice calls for Srimandir.stores.
Provide clear and accurate information related to orders, payments, refunds, deliveries, and product-related concerns.
Conduct follow-up calls with users to resolve pending issues and improve customer satisfaction.
Address escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve user issues efficiently.
Deliver a courteous, empathetic, and solution-oriented support experience on every call.
