Skills & Qualification

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools to manage day-to-day tasks and projects

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies to drive business growth

  • Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions

  • Proactive approach to identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining operational processes to drive business growth, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement changes that enhance operational efficiency

  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions and track key performance indicators

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager and other team members as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating travel arrangements

  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes to drive business growth

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and internal teams

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and remain competitive

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Operations Manager, with a focus on driving business growth and enhancing operational efficiency
