Role Overview

We're on the hunt for a Creative Strategist – Organic Content (YouTube First) – a master storyteller, content growth architect, and cultural thinker who eats, breathes, and lives YouTube. This isn't a traditional content role — it’s for someone who knows how to create magic through ideas, bring them to life with precision, and scale them organically in a way that builds lasting love for Sri Mandir.

You’ll be the creative and strategic force behind our YouTube content engine — building brand IPs, devotional docu-stories, mythological formats, and working with creators, editors, and production partners to create a channel that becomes the heartbeat of our brand.

What You’ll Own

  • YouTube-First Content Strategy: Architect and drive YouTube growth with a laser-sharp focus on organic content. Develop winning strategies to build subscribers, increase retention, and build a cult following.

  • IP Creation & Format Innovation: Conceptualize and produce engaging, original brand IPs — think docuseries, devotion-led formats, mythology reimagined, temples uncovered, and beyond.

  • Creative Direction & Storytelling: Lead the development of content narratives — scripting, format design, visual grammar, and tonality that resonates with the Bharat audience.

  • Executional Excellence: Own and manage end-to-end production – from idea to post-production. Collaborate with video editors, DOPs, VO artists, and agencies to ensure best-in-class output.

  • Platform Intelligence: Stay updated on YouTube trends, algorithm changes, content best practices, and analytics. Use data to refine strategy, optimize content, and drive channel performance.

  • Collaboration with Brand & Growth: Work closely with performance marketing and brand teams to align content with campaigns, launches, festivals, and brand moments.

  • Influencer/Creator Collabs: Identify and collaborate with creators who align with our devotional ethos, unlocking new audience cohorts via co-created formats.

 What We’re Looking For

  • 5–6 years of experience in YouTube content strategy and execution — preferably in storytelling-led D2C brands, content startups, media houses, or creator-first platforms.

  • Deep understanding of YouTube SEO, analytics, monetization, retention strategies, and content lifecycle management.

  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and creative writing ability.

  • Hands-on experience with video production workflows, from scripting to post.

  • A portfolio that shows brand building through content — bonus if it includes formats/IPs that have scaled.

  • Strong project management skills — juggling multiple formats and timelines with ease.

  • A love for Indian culture, storytelling, spirituality, and everything in between.
