PR and Communication Manager

Role Overview: 

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic PR & Communications Manager to own and execute the brand’s public communication, corporate reputation, and thought leadership strategy. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with the founder, leadership team, external agencies, and media partners to shape how the world sees Sri Mandir and its leadership.

This is a highly cross-functional role ideal for someone who can blend storytelling, attention to detail, and strategic thinking to drive brand visibility and trust.

Key Responsibility: 

 PR & Communications Strategy

  • Develop and execute a robust communications strategy with both short- and long-term goals.

  • Lead corporate communications—campaigns, announcements, and product milestone narratives.

  • Identify and coordinate thought leadership opportunities including media features, articles, and interviews.

  • Build and manage relationships with journalists, publications, and podcast/event organizers.

  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing coordination with PR agencies.

 Founder & Corporate Social Media

  • Manage the personal brand of Prashant Sachan (Founder) across LinkedIn and Twitter/X.

  • Create and publish founder-led content, quotes, and leadership insights.

  • Handle Sri Mandir’s presence on LinkedIn and Twitter—strategy, content calendar, posting, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with Linkedin agency and other partners for content planning and publishing.

 Content Creation & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and updates for timely PR and comms activities.

  • Structure and review PR content, including press releases, quotes, and articles.

  • Ensure quality control and timely approvals for all content published under the founder or brand’s name.

Requirements: 

  • 3–6 years of experience in PR, communications, or personal branding—preferably in consumer tech or startup environments.

  • Strong media network and experience handling press campaigns, interviews, and corporate narratives.

  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and editing skills with a keen eye for tone and positioning.

  • Hands-on experience managing social media presence for leaders and brands.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.


Preferred Requirement:
   

  • Prior experience managing agency relationships and content calendars.

  • Exposure to founder’s office, VC-funded startups, or high-growth consumer apps.

  • Deep understanding of digital platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X) and analytics tools.

  • Passion or familiarity with spiritual, cultural, or mission-driven tech is a plus.
