Skills & Qualification

• Students from IIM, ISB, or IITs with a strong interest in product management.

• Analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Some exposure to user-centric product design or business analytics is a plus.

• Passion for spirituality, culture, and making an impact through technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive product problem-solving across onboarding, fulfilment, and engagement journeys.

• Work closely with data teams to address CRM issues and enable data flows for retargeting.

• Break down complex problems and design elegant, user-first solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build and launch features at scale.
