About this role: As an operations intern, you will be given ownership of a part of our travel operations. It can be in onboarding new hotel partners, experience vendors, managing traveler experience, helping calculate and process timely payment of commissions to our affiliates.

As an Operations Intern, you will be an integral part of the Sri Yatra launch team, contributing directly to building a world-class spiritual travel experience. Depending on your skill set and interests, your responsibilities will be assigned on your skill sets and growth interests.
A. Partner onboarding and management:
1. Identify and onboard hotel partners, local guides, and experience vendors across key pilgrimage destinations.
2. Ensure smooth documentation and contract execution.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
B. Customer experience and support:
1. Monitor and enhance the traveler experience throughout the journey.
2. Act as a point of contact for operational queries, resolving issues in real time.
3. Assist in gathering feedback and implementing continuous improvements.
C. Affiliate and commission management:
1. Track the performance of affiliate partners and calculate accurate commission payouts.
2. Coordinate with finance to ensure the timely processing and disbursal of payments.
D. Operational process execution:
1. Assist in building scalable SOPs for workflows like vendor onboarding, booking management, and customer support.
2. Work cross-functionally with tech, design, and content teams to streamline operations.
E. Travel package coordination:
1. Support the creation and delivery of curated spiritual travel experiences, including itinerary planning and logistics coordination.
2. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure readiness for each journey.
F. Reporting and analysis:
1. Maintain detailed trackers and generate weekly performance reports.
2. Use insights to identify inefficiencies and suggest operational improvements.
