Skills & Qualification

• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality designs and visual effects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills to lead a team of graphic designers and mentor them to achieve their best work.

• Excellent design ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs that meet our brand guidelines.

• Experience in a startup environment with a focus on B2C products and services.

• Experience with Illustrator to create custom illustrations and graphics.

• Strong understanding of design principles and trends to stay up-to-date with the latest design best practices.

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, visual arts, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of graphic designers to create high-quality designs for our B2C platform, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.

• Develop and implement design strategies to enhance our brand's visual identity and create a consistent design language across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and sales to ensure design alignment with business objectives.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them improve their skills and advance in their careers.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and outputs.

• Develop and maintain design assets, including style guides, design systems, and visual specifications.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including designers, product managers, and executives, to ensure design alignment and project success.
