About the Role

As a Sales Consultant at Asher Med, you will be responsible for converting qualified demand into successful partner activations. This involves working closely with prospects, running implementation and consult calls, and moving opportunities across the finish line into signed, funded partners. To perform this role successfully, you will need to work in a quiet and distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Work directly with qualified prospects to understand their needs and develop solutions, driving partner activation and revenue growth. This requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless partner onboarding and activation, as well as a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

  • Run implementation and consult calls to move opportunities across the finish line into signed, funded partners, ensuring seamless partner onboarding and activation. Using your leadership skills, you will lead these calls and drive partner activation and revenue growth, while maintaining focus in a quiet, distraction-free environment.

  • Accurately represent Asher Med's offer, process, and compliance guardrails to prospects, ensuring transparent and compliant interactions. This involves maintaining clean CRM hygiene and accurate documentation of prospect interactions, ensuring efficient and compliant data management, and working with a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless partner onboarding and activation, driving revenue growth and partner activation. Your ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities, while maintaining a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment, will be crucial in this role.

  • Maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate documentation of prospect interactions, ensuring efficient and compliant data management, while working in a quiet and distraction-free environment with a reliable internet connection.

  • Meet or exceed weekly consult availability targets to drive partner activation and revenue growth, ensuring consistent and high-quality interactions, while maintaining a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

  • Continuously develop and improve skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, driving innovation and success, with a reliable internet connection and quiet work environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets

  • Strong leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive partner onboarding and activation, ensuring seamless implementation and consult calls.

  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail

  • Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities, driving revenue growth and partner activation.

  • Proficient in GHL, Zoom, Slack, and Google Workspace, a plus!

Preferred Experience

  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • Excellent project management skills to plan and execute implementation and consult calls, driving partner activation and revenue growth.

  • Ability to develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Asher Med's offerings and messaging, driving partner activation and revenue growth.

  • Strong ability to maintain clean CRM hygiene and accurate documentation of prospect interactions, ensuring efficient and compliant data management.

  • Ability to meet or exceed weekly consult availability targets to drive partner activation and revenue growth, ensuring consistent and high-quality interactions.

Compensation Range

  • Base Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (based on experience)
