About the Role
The role of the eLearning Developer responsible for designing and building clear, engaging digital training for our partners and internal teams. This role will own both the instructional design and development of courses, translating training needs and subject matter into interactive, clear, and easy-to-complete learning experiences.
This role will work closely with the Department Lead to ensure training functions effectively within the LMS and continuously improve based on learner data. Key Responsibilities
Learning Design: Design the structure and flow of digital training.
Translate training goals into structured modules
Create lesson flow and knowledge checks
Determine when to use interactions, visuals, and exercises
Ensure content is easy for learners to understand and apply
Course Development: Build modules in Articulate 360 (Rise360 and Storyline), apply layouts, interactions, and knowledge checks, follow established templates and standards, ensure training is readable and easy to complete
Visual & Learning Asset Creation: Design and create visual components and supporting materials, develop resources using Canva, Camtasia, Claude and similar tools, and maintain visual consistency across courses
Quality & Revision Process: Perform thorough revisions and edits before quality review, prepare courses for department quality checks, update modules when content changes, and improve usability when confusion is identified
Launch Support: Coordinate release readiness with Learning Operations, verify functionality before publishing, and resolve build issues quickly during rollout
Strong understanding of lead generation strategies across multiple channels (paid ads, referrals, content, etc.)
Ability to explain and simplify marketing campaigns so partners can execute quickly
Experience leading calls, trainings, or group environments
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends in engagement and performance
Experience in marketing, growth, client success, or implementation roles is a plus
Preferred Experience
eLearning development experience, with Articulate 360 (Rise360 and/or Storyline)
Strong attention to detail and layout clarity
Ability to follow instructional plans and standards
Comfortable collaborating across teams
Experience creating digital learning resources, visual design tools (Canva or similar), and certification in Instructional Design and/or eLearning Development (Preferred)
Familiarity with LMS platforms such as TalentLMS (Preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years experience in sales, learning and development and partner execution
Compensation Range
Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 (Based on Experience)
