About the Role

Asher Med is seeking a high-performing Social Media Manager to join our growing team in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. This is a full-time, in-person role for a proven social media professional who understands digital culture, content systems, and platform strategy — and is ready to operate at a high level in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

You will report directly to our Creative Director and work closely with them to plan, execute, and optimize social media strategy across multiple platforms. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a mid-level expert who understands process, takes ownership, and can help build scalable systems that drive measurable growth. This is a hands-on execution role, not a people-management position — but it requires leadership-level ownership and accountability.

What You'll Do

Content Planning and Publishing Own the end-to-end content calendar and ensure consistent, on-brand publishing across all platforms.

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across platforms

• Develop and maintain structured content calendars and workflow systems

• Ensure brand consistency, professionalism, and creative excellence at all times

Content Creation Produce and oversee high-quality visual and video content that drives engagement and reflects the brand.

• Capture high-quality photo and video content (smartphone proficiency required; camera experience preferred)

• Oversee short-form content strategy including Reels, vertical video, and behind-the-scenes content

• Support content production days and creative initiatives

Analytics and Optimization Use data to continuously improve content performance and inform strategic decisions.

• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to inform ongoing optimization

• Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging digital shifts

Community Management Build and maintain an engaged, growing audience through active and thoughtful community interaction.

• Manage community engagement including comments and direct messages

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional social media experience

• Demonstrated success growing or managing established social media platforms

• Strong understanding of content systems, workflows, and performance metrics

• Proficiency in short-form content strategy and platform trends

• High-level organizational skills and operational discipline

• Must be located in or willing to commute daily to the DFW area

• Reliable transportation required

Nice to Have

• DSLR or mirrorless camera experience

• Video editing knowledge

• Background in medical, wellness, or functional medicine
