About the Role

The Growth Implementation Specialist to guide partners through the Growth stage of the Partner Checkpoint System. This role is responsible for helping partners expand and stabilize their revenue by consistently executing diversified lead generation strategies and company growth initiatives.

This is not a strategy-only role. Growth is about execution, consistency, and compounding results over time.

You will work directly with partners in leveraged environments (group calls, community, and messaging platforms) to ensure they are actively generating demand, implementing new marketing plays, and maintaining a strong, diversified pipeline.

The ideal candidate understands multiple lead generation channels (Facebook ads, referrals, content, and more), is highly action-oriented, and can drive partners to consistently execute rather than stall after early success while supporting workflows are efficient, compliant, and aligned with Asher Healths ’s patient-first philosophy.  

Key Responsibilities  

  • Own the Momentum stage of the Partner Checkpoint System and guide partners from launch readiness to revenue generation

  • Help partners implement diversified lead generation strategies, including paid ads, referrals, content, and internal campaigns

  • Help partners handle questions and objections during the sales process

  • Guide partners through the Growth Path and ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives

  • Host group completion calls to validate understanding and reinforce ongoing growth strategies

  • Lead live Q&A sessions to support partners and troubleshoot real sales and fulfillment scenarios

  • Introduce and drive adoption of company “growth plays” designed to increase patient demand

  • Maintain accurate visibility of all partners within the Momentum stage using GoHighLevel

  • Track partner progress toward first orders and activation milestones

  • Support partners inside community platforms and messaging channels to maintain engagement and momentum

  • Recommend improvements to systems, scripts, and training to increase partner success

  • Maintain awareness of CRM and reactivation strategies (secondary focus) to support full pipeline health

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, growth, and client success

  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies across multiple channels (paid ads, referrals, content, etc.)

  • Ability to explain and simplify marketing campaigns so partners can execute quickly

  • Experience leading calls, trainings, or group environments

  • Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred) and basic pipeline awareness

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and friction points in sales performance

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in telehealth, pharmacy, or healthcare operations a plus!

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

  • Partners actively implement and execute company growth plays

  • Leadership within Sales, client success and partnerships

Compensation Range

  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000

  • Bonus: Monthly incentive commission based on partner progression
