About the Role

The Activation Onboarding Implementation Specialist guides partners through the Activation stage of the Partner Checkpoint System. This role is responsible for creating excitement, urgency, and momentum immediately after a partner joins Asher Health, ensuring partners move quickly from sign-up to execution during the critical first 14 days.

This is not a passive onboarding or customer support role. Activation is about momentum creation, confidence building, and driving immediate action.

You will work directly with partners through onboarding calls, messaging platforms, and activation workflows to help them understand the opportunity in front of them, remove friction early, and accelerate their path toward launch and revenue generation.

The ideal candidate is highly action-oriented, creates energy in conversations, communicates with urgency and clarity, and knows how to push partners toward execution rather than hesitation or delay. They are skilled at building trust quickly, maintaining accountability, and ensuring partners feel supported, confident, and motivated from day one while supporting workflows remain organized, efficient, and aligned with Asher Health’s patient-first philosophy.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead activation onboarding conversations with new partners

  • Create urgency, excitement, and momentum during onboarding

  • Help partners understand the fastest path to early success

  • Reinforce execution speed and accountability

  • Monitor early-stage partner engagement during the first 14 days

  • Identify partners who are slowing down or disengaging

  • Trigger follow-up and intervention when momentum drops

  • Coordinate with onboarding and implementation teams to maintain partner movement

  • Track onboarding engagement and activation progression inside internal systems

  • Contribute ideas to improve activation flow, onboarding messaging, and early-stage partner experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-energy client-facing roles

  • Strong understanding of customer success and strong relationship ownership

  • Ability to explain and simplify leads so partners can execute quickly

  • Lead partners through the first 14 days of onboarding with high energy, urgency, and confidence

  • Guide partners through launch milestones, setup tasks, and activation checkpoints

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Preferred Experience

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

  • Leadership within Sales, client success, and partnerships

  • Comfortable leading conversations and maintaining control of momentum

Compensation Range

  • Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000

  • Bonus: Monthly incentive commission based on success bonus
