  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate candidate assessments to ensure they meet the required standards, including reviewing and analyzing data, scores, and feedback

  • Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to improve candidate outcomes and enhance the overall assessment process

  • Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address these gaps

  • Provide training and support to team members on assessment and evaluation principles and practices

  • Develop and maintain assessment tools and resources, including test questions, scoring rubrics, and feedback templates

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to inform assessment strategies and processes

  • Develop and implement plans to address any issues or concerns related to assessment and evaluation

  • Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders, including assessment results, candidate feedback, and areas for improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with best practices in assessment and evaluation, and incorporate these into the assessment process as needed
