Skills & Qualification

• **Bachelor's Degree**: A degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.

• **QA Skills**: Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and methodologies, with experience in testing and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project deliverables are met.

• Develop and implement Quality Assurance processes and procedures to ensure high-quality products and services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of project delivery.

• Analyze and resolve quality-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain quality metrics, providing regular reporting and analytics to stakeholders.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Quality Assurance, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into our processes.

• Provide coaching and training to team members on Quality Assurance processes and methodologies.
