About Job

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist at Ats-test, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization. Your main focus will be on identifying qualified candidates through various channels and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the recruitment process is efficient and effective. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in meeting the staffing needs of Ats-test.

Skills & Qualification

  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

  • Review job applications and conduct initial screenings

  • Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish

  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to keep track of all candidates

  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions
