Skills & Qualification

  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling and analytical techniques

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js

  • Excellent data interpretation and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading project teams or mentoring junior analysts

  • Certifications in data science or analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement scoring models that accurately predict business outcomes, such as customer churn or response rates

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to integrate scoring insights into business strategy and drive process improvements

  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions

  • Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that recommendations are actionable and data-driven

  • Lead project teams or mentor junior analysts to develop and implement scoring models, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics, applying new knowledge and techniques to drive business growth and improvement

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and other analytics professionals

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of scoring models and make recommendations for improvement
