That's where you come in: we're hiring a Senior Brand Designer to own the visual execution of our brand across marketing, web, and product touchpoints.
About the role
The Senior Brand Designer role at Blaze is deeply marketing-focused: you'll own how our brand shows up in the world, from campaigns that drive growth to web experiences that convert to product moments that delight. You'll work at the intersection of brand strategy and hands-on execution, partnering closely with our Head of Brand, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver work that's both beautiful and effective.
Specifically, you'll:
Design and develop integrated marketing campaigns that amplify Blaze's brand and drive business results across paid ads, social, email, and community channels.
Own web design and execution, creating homepage experiences, landing pages, and marketing sites that convert—then collaborating directly with engineers to bring them to life with precision.
Build scalable creative systems and toolkits that enable the team to move fast without sacrificing quality or brand consistency.
Support product UI when it matters most, contributing visual polish to key features and ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive with our brand.
Create multimedia assets across formats—from video content to motion graphics to static ads—that work seamlessly across channels and platforms.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to translate strategy into high-impact creative that drives measurable outcomes.

Brand experiences that set you apart:
5+ years of design experience at a tech company or top-tier agency, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaign design, and multimedia work
Deep experience designing web properties—homepages, landing pages, marketing sites—and collaborating with engineers to implement them
Proven ability to create work across formats: digital ads, video content, social assets, motion graphics, and UI elements
Strong design fundamentals with an eye for consistency, scalability, and craft
Experience working with a range of design tools and pragmatically integrating AI into your workflow—you see it as a tool that amplifies creativity, not replaces it

Scrappy excellence. You ship exceptional work despite ambiguity, tight timelines, or resource constraints—knowing where to be pragmatic and where not to bend.
AI as a creative tool. You use AI thoughtfully within your workflow to move faster and explore more ideas, while maintaining the craft and taste that sets great work apart.
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Background working at both agencies and in-house tech teams on integrated brand campaigns
Experience creating global campaign systems that adapt to multiple markets and audiences
Motion design or video production skills that extend campaigns into dynamic formats
Interest in pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI tools while keeping human creativity at the center
