That's where you come in: we're hiring a sharp and relentless Paid Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid growth efforts — driving measurable growth through paid channels, running data-backed experiments, and optimizing campaigns for efficiency and impact.

About the role

As a Performance Marketer at Blaze, you’ll own our paid channels end-to-end, from strategy to execution to reporting. Your work will directly drive growth, and you’ll have the freedom to experiment, test fast, and double down on what works.

This role blends creativity with analytical rigor, balancing hands-on execution with strategic experimentation. If you thrive in a scrappy, high-growth environment and love building and scaling growth, this is the role for you.

Specifically, you will:

  • Run and optimize campaigns across Google, Meta, and other channels

  • Own targeting, budgets, and creative testing with hyper focus on ROI

  • Roll up your sleeves to write copy, test new formats, and dig into data

  • Experiment with new channels and ideas to find untapped growth opportunities

  • Share insights with the team and turn performance data into action

  • Balance quick wins with long-term growth bets, helping shape our growth strategy

Experiences that set you apart:

  • 4+ years of growth marketing or performance marketing experience at a high-growth startup managing paid ad campaigns

  • Managed $3M+ in annual paid media spend, scaling monthly budgets from $100k to $500k+ while maintaining or improving efficiency metrics

  • Deep expertise running full-funnel campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta (Advantage+) with proven ROAS improvements at scale

  • Track record of running 10+ experiments per month and driving step-change results through systematic creative, targeting, and landing page tests

  • Creative instincts meet analytical rigor: you write compelling ad copy, map messaging to customer awareness stages, and know how to test creative systematically

  • Comfortable in ambiguity: you thrive as a one-person army while building systems for scale, comfortable building the plane while flying it
