About Our Founders:
Bright was founded in 2019 by a founding team from McKinsey’s Banking Practice (Petko Plachkov and Avi Patchava) and InMobi Data Scientist (Avi Patchava, Varun Modi, Avinash Ramakath, Jayashree Merwade)
About the Role:

What You’ll Do?
Perform as a core member of the HR team handling the Learning and development and People Engagement verticals within HR.
Using proficient language skills to draft, revise, and implement policies and guidelines within the organization.
Lead change initiatives and implement specific HR strategies to achieve organization goals and objectives.
Conduct and plan regular engagement activities to increase team bonding and boost morale.
Aligns performance management and reward systems to drive and reinforce desired behaviors.
Ensure HR programs and plans are aligned to the business priorities and monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key measures.
Balance the function and business needs in deploying HR programs.
Collaborate with HR program/policy/process owners to deliver effective HR programs.
Qualifications And Prerequisites
Bachelor's degree in any Humanities stream. A Master’s degree with an HR specialization is a bonus.
Minimum 1 year of experience in working as an HR professional. Preferably, in an early-stage startup environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, professional, and compelling content.
Capable of high ownership, accountability, and the ability to execute well.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas to solve changing business needs.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work from office 5 days a week in our Bangalore location.
