Act as the primary point of contact for the Banking Operations team, specifically supporting Banking Operations. This role requires analyzing tickets in Freshdesk and offering comprehensive insights and clarifications to the business team regarding raised queries.
Serve as a liaison between the internal Banking Operations team and business teams to facilitate projects and terminal procurement. Effective communication of requirements, progress tracking, and timeline management will be essential.
Possess a fundamental understanding of payment gateway products, their functionalities, and the various features available to clients.
Comprehend pricing structures for payment gateway products and oversee special pricing arrangements, including the distribution of Terminal IDs in accordance with company policies.
Conduct website screenings when necessary, which may involve verifying details, ensuring compliance, or preventing fraud.
Consistently achieve turnaround time targets for various tasks, ensuring prompt resolution and project completion.
Contribute to process enhancements and automation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and minimizing manual interventions.
Manage and execute end-to-end queries internally, cross-functionally, and with our banking partners.
What you will need:
1-2 years of experience with Freshdesk or other ticket management tools.
Proficient in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Demonstrate strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Proven proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
