Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic HR decision-making. This role involves extracting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to generate reports, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to improve organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various HR functions to understand data needs and develop reporting solutions.

  • Design and maintain HR metrics dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

  • Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

  • Conduct deep-dive analysis to support HR initiatives, such as talent acquisition, retention strategies, and TA matric, performance related matric, attrition analysis etc

  • Develop predictive models and forecasting tools to anticipate future HR-related needs.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting.

HR Operations:

  • Develop, implement, and streamline People operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Deep knowledge on BGV, Payroll and running projects

  • Preparation of dashboards and metrics for the leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven experience of 4+ years in HR analytics, reporting, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRMS platforms.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modelling techniques.

  • Good communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
