As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for acquiring new Enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Minimum 6-9 years of experience in the fintech industry, preferably in online payments.
Prior experience in acquiring Enterprise clients is essential.
Deep understanding of the payments space, preferably with experience in e-commerce and/or partners.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and methodologies.
Experience in product-focused sales with a structured approach to work.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and understand their requirements.
Strong business acumen and product expertise with the ability to analyze data and drive business growth.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor intelligence in the payments industry.
Acquire new Enterprise customers through strategic networking, business development, and relationship building.
Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales plans, approaches, and strategies to meet revenue targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customers' needs.
Work closely with leadership to define the growth and strategic trajectory of the business.
Stay highly analytical and data-driven, with a strong focus on problem-solving and innovation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team and organizational objectives.
