Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead our SEO & ASO gameplan to increase organic visibility, drive relevant traffic, and impact business KPIs

  • Tap into the future of SEO by implementing LLM SEO strategies and using AI tools to scale content, keyword targeting, and search relevance

  • Work closely with the website tech team to ensure the go-live of website landing pages while keeping it SEO-friendly

  • Analysing the script needed for marketing purpose (JS and CSS)

  • Partner with content, product, design, and engineering teams to implement seamless SEO-first experiences.

  • Run deep keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and technical audits that uncover insights and actions.

  • Own our on-page and off-page optimization — from metadata and schema to site structure and backlinks.

  • Use tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to track what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next.

  • Stay two steps ahead of every algorithm update, LLM shift, and AI trend — and use them to our advantage.

  • Coach junior SEO teammates and manage agency collaborations when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4–6 years of SEO experience, ideally in agency + B2B marketing settings.

  • Track record of driving results in B2B SEO with an understanding of long, complex buyer journeys.

  • Familiarity with LLM SEO techniques and visibility strategies on large language models (like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.).

  • Experience with AI-driven SEO tools and approaches.

  • Solid grasp of technical SEO: audits, crawling, structured data, and performance optimization.

  • Fluency in tools like GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.

  • Good understanding of CMS systems (WordPress, Framer)

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS 

  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management chops.
