Senior Manager - BFSI

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new customer acquisition in the BFSI  sector with focus on insurance and new age brokers/investment advisors

  • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies

  • Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives

  • Customer relationship management

  • To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.

  • Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales

  • Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence

 

Required Skills:

  • 8 to 15 years of experience in B2B sales, acquiring BFSI clients, preferably with payments back ground.

  • Strong communication skills and deep understanding of assigned sector

  • Basics of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel

  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers

  • “Doer”, independent and self-starter

 

 Good to have:

  • Experience in FinTech / Technology organizations

  • Experience in startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
