Senior Manager - BFSI

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for new customer acquisition in the BFSI sector with focus on insurance and new age brokers/investment advisors
Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategies
Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
Customer relationship management
To understand customer requirements in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
Establish best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
Keep updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence
Required Skills:
8 to 15 years of experience in B2B sales, acquiring BFSI clients, preferably with payments back ground.
Strong communication skills and deep understanding of assigned sector
Basics of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
“Doer”, independent and self-starter
Good to have:
Experience in FinTech / Technology organizations
Experience in startup ecosystem or a product/Technology driven organization
