What You Will Do:

Conduct outbound calls to clients or potential leads to gather information, verify details, or promote services/products.
Assist in lead generation and qualification through phone-based interactions.
Support the team with follow-up calls and scheduling appointments.
Manage call scripts and provide product or service information to clients.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Respond to inquiries and resolve basic customer issues through phone communication.
Contribute to performance reports and tracking metrics related to calling efforts.
Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to meet call targets and improve outreach strategies.

What You Will Need:

Graduates (2024 or 2025 passed out) who are interested in pursuing 6 months internship
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or CRM software.
Previous internship or experience in customer service/calling operations is a plus, but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
