What You’ll Do:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for identity verification / KYC / onboarding products

• Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with business goals

• Work closely with engineering to translate requirements into clear user stories and PRDs

• Drive product decisions around OCR, biometric verification, document verification, AML, fraud detection, and onboarding flows

• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence

• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive landscape to improve product outcomes

• Partner with sales and customer success teams to support enterprise implementations and integrations

• Track product performance using data and iterate based on insights

What You Will Need:

• Strong experience as a Product Manager in identity verification, KYC, fraud, or fintech platforms

• Technical Fluency: You are comfortable reading API documentation, understanding system architecture, and discussing trade-offs (latency vs. accuracy) with engineering leads.

• Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the Indian fintech landscape, KYC regulations (RBI/SEBI), or identity verification technologies (OCR, Face Liveness) is a massive plus.

• First-Principles Thinking: You don't just copy competitors; you break down problems to their core to build superior solutions.

• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage expectations across sales, legal, and leadership teams
