Skills & Qualification

• ReactJS - This skill will enable you to create reusable UI components and manage the application's state efficiently, resulting in faster development and improved code maintainability.

• JavaScript - As a proficient JavaScript developer, you will be able to create dynamic and interactive web pages, handle user input, and implement complex logic without any issues.

• HTML/ HTML5 - This skill will allow you to create structured and semantic HTML documents, ensuring that your web pages are accessible, crawlable, and compatible with various browsers and devices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web applications, ensuring that they are consistent with Cashfree's brand guidelines and meet the required performance and accessibility standards.

• Collaborate with the product team to understand the requirements and gather feedback on the interface design, making necessary changes based on their input.

• Write efficient and well-structured JavaScript code, ensuring that it is easy to maintain and scalable for future growth.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall code quality and best practices.

• Work closely with the backend team to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components, resulting in a smooth and responsive user experience.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, applying this knowledge to improve the performance, security, and accessibility of our web applications.

• Lead and mentor junior frontend engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and success in the role.

• Contribute to the development of new features and improvements to existing applications, working closely with the product team to prioritize and implement changes.

• Participate in the on-call rotation and be available to handle production issues and emergencies outside of regular working hours.
