What You'll Do:
Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with top Indian and global brands to scale embedded payments.
Identify, prioritize, and source new partnership opportunities in a structured and process-driven manner.
Own revenue, supply, and strategic KPIs through active partner management and monetization initiatives.
Structure and negotiate win-win deals across industries like ERP platforms, marketplaces, SaaS players, and aggregators.
Influence product roadmaps by channeling feedback from partners and identifying scalable integration opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver seamless partner experiences.
Ensure high partner satisfaction and NPS through transparent communication, proactive support, and strategic alignment.
Guide internal teams with insights around category-specific trends, partner potential, and platform-led monetization opportunities.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
8–12 years (with team handling) of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or embedded platforms.
Demonstrated success in working with and managing large accounts or ecosystem players at the C-level.
Strong negotiation skills and experience closing complex commercial or technical partnerships.
Deep understanding of digital payments, merchant acquiring, and the Indian fintech ecosystem.
Experience working with ERPs or platforms in sectors like education, travel, pharmacy, and hospitality is a strong advantage.
Ability to work cross-functionally, especially with Product and Engineering, to drive platform integrations and joint GTM strategies.
Comfortable working in a high-growth, ambiguous environment with a bias toward execution.
Strong analytical skills—ability to size markets, define partner value, and track performance metrics.
Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
Good to Have:
Prior experience in platform GTM, embedded finance, or aggregator-led merchant onboarding.
Familiarity with partner-led acquisition strategies or distribution via SaaS/ERP ecosystems.
Exposure to global markets and enterprise-level partnerships.
