Your Opportunity              

As a SDET 3, you will play a key role in building internal tools and scalable frameworks that empower engineering teams to ship reliable, high-quality software at speed. This role goes beyond traditional testing—it's about owning platform-level capabilities that support development, automation, and continuous delivery across our products. 

You will work on:

  • Tools & Framework Development: Build and maintain internal tools for CI/CD, test execution, remote development environments, and observability. Design reusable automation frameworks that accelerate development and quality processes.

  • Experiment & Innovate with AI & Automation: Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions to streamline testing, development and enhance internal tool capabilities.

  • Own Test Infrastructure & Developer Experience: Develop scalable infrastructure to support automated testing, local dev tooling, and fast feedback loops. Help standardize tooling across teams and ensure it's developer-friendly and efficient.

  • Enable Quality at Scale: Define lightweight quality metrics and build systems that support continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering excellence—without adding friction.

  • Mentor & Influence Across Teams: Guide junior SDETs and engineers on testing strategies, tooling best practices, and framework design. Act as a technical partner across product and platform teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, automation, and quality engineering.

  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.

  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable internal tools andframeworks.

  • Exposure/experience in CI/CD, observability, etc.

  • Experience with AI/ML tools or frameworks in the context of testing is a plus.

  • Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive technical initiatives from concept to adoption.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

  • Contributions to open-source testing tools or frameworks.
