Your Opportunity
As a SDET 3, you will play a key role in building internal tools and scalable frameworks that empower engineering teams to ship reliable, high-quality software at speed. This role goes beyond traditional testing—it's about owning platform-level capabilities that support development, automation, and continuous delivery across our products.
You will work on:
Tools & Framework Development: Build and maintain internal tools for CI/CD, test execution, remote development environments, and observability. Design reusable automation frameworks that accelerate development and quality processes.
Experiment & Innovate with AI & Automation: Evaluate and integrate AI-driven solutions to streamline testing, development and enhance internal tool capabilities.
Own Test Infrastructure & Developer Experience: Develop scalable infrastructure to support automated testing, local dev tooling, and fast feedback loops. Help standardize tooling across teams and ensure it's developer-friendly and efficient.
Enable Quality at Scale: Define lightweight quality metrics and build systems that support continuous improvement, reliability, and engineering excellence—without adding friction.
Mentor & Influence Across Teams: Guide junior SDETs and engineers on testing strategies, tooling best practices, and framework design. Act as a technical partner across product and platform teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in software testing, automation, and quality engineering.
Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable internal tools andframeworks.
Exposure/experience in CI/CD, observability, etc.
Experience with AI/ML tools or frameworks in the context of testing is a plus.
Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive technical initiatives from concept to adoption.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).
Contributions to open-source testing tools or frameworks.
