Manager - Enterprise Partnerships (Hunting)

What You Will Do:

  • Drive the development and execution of strategic partnerships with some of the largest brands globally and in India, fostering long-term relationships that drive business growth and innovation.

  • Design and implement a systematic, process-driven approach to identify, source, and nurture new partnership opportunities, leveraging market research and analysis to inform decision-making.

  • Negotiate and structure partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Own and drive monthly/quarterly supply and monetization goals with strategic partners, leveraging data and insights to optimize partnership performance and deliver exceptional results.

  • Shape and evolve Cashfree's products and services by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands and merchants innovative ways to grow, expand, and succeed in the market.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Analytics, to drive win-win-win engagements for Cashfree consumers, brands, and partners, fostering a culture of innovation and partnership.

  • Help the Product team discover and understand brand and merchant needs more effectively, informing product development and evolution to meet the changing needs of the market.

  • Deliver an exceptional partner experience, measured by partner NPS, when working with our organization, ensuring that partnerships are built on trust, transparency, and mutual success.

What You Will Need:

  • At least 5-10 years of experience in strategic partnership with Enterprise merchants, preferably from an online payments/Fintech/SaaS background, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation.

  • Ability to think creatively, innovate, and find solutions to complex problems, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Experience building and fostering strong relationships with big international brands, leveraging market research and analysis to inform decision-making.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with C-Level executives.

  • Experience in the merchant acquiring business, with a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs.

  • Comfortable working with data and research, mapping the potential of each brand, category, or industry, and leveraging insights to inform business decisions.

  • Goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and chart a path forward, driving business growth and innovation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering a culture of innovation and partnership that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
