Paid Social Associate

About the Role: 
As a Paid Social Associate, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing innovative social media ad campaigns to increase our digital presence, drive pipeline growth, and generate revenue. You will work closely with our marketing and sales teams to create targeted campaigns that resonate with our B2B audience.

What will you do:
- Design and execute effective paid social media strategies to achieve lead generation and brand awareness goals.
- Manage budgets and campaigns across various social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, tailored to a B2B audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with other promotional activities and company objectives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using metrics and KPIs to understand ROI and provide insights for optimization.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and B2B marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad content and compelling messaging for different stages of the customer journey.
- Report on campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Foster relationships with social media platform representatives to stay ahead of new advertising opportunities and tools.

What we are looking for:
- 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing or digital advertising, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of creating and managing successful paid social media campaigns.
- Extensive experience in LinkedIn campaigns, including campaign planning and execution, bidding and objective structure and ongoing technical optimization 
- Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and how to measure success through pipeline and revenue metrics.
- Excellent analytical skills, with proficiency in analytics tools and an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
