Channel Partner Manager

About the Role:

As the Channel Partner Manager for Vietnam, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing strategic partnerships across the MarTech landscape, including agencies, system integrators, resellers, and technology partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive co-sell opportunities, build joint value propositions, and scale partner-sourced revenue in the region.

What will you do: 

  • Partner Acquisition: Identify and recruit high-potential partners aligned with CleverTap’s strategic goals in Vietnam.

  • Onboarding & Enablement: Lead onboarding and training programs to ensure partners are equipped to represent and deliver CleverTap solutions.

  • Co-selling & GTM: Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with partners to generate pipeline and drive revenue.

  • Partner Relationship Management: Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders and serve as their primary point of contact.

  • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to generate partner-led opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.

  • Performance Management: Define KPIs, monitor partner performance, and report on key metrics to internal stakeholders.

  • Market Insights: Stay updated on competitive landscape, partner trends, and customer needs to inform local strategy.

What are we looking for? 

Must Have:

  • 4-6 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development, preferably in a MarTech, SaaS, or B2B tech environment.

  • Proven experience working with digital, MarTech agencies, consulting firms, or SI partners in Vietnam.

  • Strong understanding of customer engagement, CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese; business proficiency in English is required.

  • Highly self-driven, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Good to have:

  • Experience working in or with global SaaS organizations.

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Segment.

  • Exposure to APAC or Southeast Asia regional partner ecosystems.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Measure of Success:

  • Increase in pipeline & revenue generated through partnerships

  • Number of new customers acquired through partner channels

  • Increase in market share within existing markets through partnerships

  • Onboard relevant targeted partners

  • Maintain high partner satisfaction
