Outbound SDR Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for an Outbound SDR Manager to build, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound sales development function across India, META, and APAC.
This role is designed for a builder — someone who thrives on structure, process, and results. You’ll own the top-of-funnel outbound motion — from cold outreach strategy to pipeline creation, ensuring your team consistently exceeds targets and sets the standard for outbound excellence.
You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to identify target accounts, refine messaging by region, and build repeatable outbound systems that fuel predictable pipeline growth.
What will you do:
- Coach and lead a team of Outbound SDRs across India, META & APAC..
- Create a culture of consistency, curiosity, and competition — where hitting 120%+ is the norm.
- Run daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and monthly goal check-ins with the team.
- Build regional playbooks tailored to the local market and buyer behavior.
- Own the outbound pipeline number across India, META, and APAC.
- Design and execute high-converting outbound sequences using cold calls, email, LinkedIn & AI.
- Build and refine ICPs and messaging for different verticals and regions.
- Partner with Regional Sales Leaders to align on TAL accounts and territories.
- Represent the SDR team in forecast reviews and pipeline syncs.
- Maintain CRM discipline and ensure accurate reporting for regional dashboards.
- Partner with Operations to analyze conversion data and optimize performance.
- Continuously test new tools, AI workflows, and cadences to drive efficiency.
What are we looking for?
Must Have:
- Strong understanding of prospecting, cold outreach, and multi-channel engagement.
- Expertise with GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, SalesNav).
- Analytical mindset — able to turn metrics into an actionable strategy.
- Strong communicator, motivator, and people-first leader.
Good to Have:
- Strong understanding of outbound metrics and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) principles and GTM motions.
- Experience working with AI-driven prospecting or sales automation tools.
Measures of Success:
- Track input metrics across calling, email, and social outreach activities.
- Sales ready meetings (SQLs)
- Sales qualified opportunities (SALs)
- Conversion rates (SAL to Deal)
Key Competencies:
- Functional: Skilled at tailoring playbooks and messaging by region, segment, and buyer behavior.
- Behavioral: Takes initiative, follows through, and drives outcomes without constant direction.
