Sr. Alliances & Partnerships Manager NAM/EU

About the Role:

The Partnerships & Alliances role is a hands-on position with strategic responsibility across North America and Europe, focused on building, onboarding, and scaling CleverTap’s partner ecosystem to drive indirect revenue and long-term growth.

In North America, this person will actively develop and manage strategic partnerships with global technology partners such as Google, Infobip, and Databricks. The role involves day-to-day engagement with partners, identifying joint opportunities, supporting co-selling motions, and building a strong network of implementation partners to enable the sale and delivery of complex customer projects.

In Europe, this role will take ownership of building the reseller channel from the ground up. Responsibilities include identifying and recruiting potential resellers, onboarding and enabling partners, defining operating models, and working closely with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline and revenue through indirect channels.

What will you do:

-Own and execute the partnerships and alliances strategy across North America and Europe with a strong hands-on approach;

-Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships in North America;

-Identify, develop, and support co-selling and go-to-market opportunities with key partners;

-Build and manage a network of implementation partners, enabling the sale and delivery of complex, enterprise-level projects;

-Build and scale the reseller and solution partner channel in Europe, including partner identification, recruitment, onboarding and enablement;

-Track partner performance and continuously optimize partnerships based on business and revenue impact.

What are we looking for?

-Experience in Partnerships, Alliances, Channel, or Business Development in a B2B SaaS environment;

-Strong hands-on execution mindset being comfortable building partnerships from zero to one;

-Experience working with technology partners, system integrators, resellers amd implementation partners;

-Solid understanding of indirect sales models, including resellers and implementation-led deals;

-Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally;

-Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and taking ownership end to end.

-Understanding of the MarTech domain.

-Experience in North America and Europe markets is desirable.

The base salary range for this role in California is $150,000 – $180,000 USD, with a target variable compensation of $100,000 – $120,000 USD, for a total on-target earnings range of $250,000 – $300,000 USD.
