About the role

As a Partner Growth Manager in the Digital Commerce team, your core focus is to drive revenue growth across a portfolio of commerce, platforms and banking and finance partners.. You will own partner performance from the moment a deal is signed, leading post-sale onboarding and then executing commercial strategies that increase adoption, expand coverage, and unlock upsell opportunities.

This role is commercially focused. Not just about maintaining accounts, but accelerating them. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify and deliver growth initiatives that lift conversion, optimise pricing, expand product scope, and improve customer experience. Your success will be measured by revenue impact and the long-term commercial performance of your partners.

You’ll also act as the partner’s internal champion, ensuring the right experiments, escalations, and roadmap decisions are prioritised to maximise value on both sides.

What will your day look like? You will...

  • Own the post-sale commercial success of your partners, with direct accountability for driving incremental revenue

  • Lead onboarding and go-live execution, ensuring a smooth launch with clear performance baselines and revenue goals

  • Identify growth opportunities using funnel metrics, partner data, pricing insights, and customer behaviours

  • Design and execute optimisation initiatives  including A/B tests, UX improvements, new product placements, and pricing strategies that increase adoption and attach rate

  • Build deep relationships with partner stakeholders, surfacing new needs, product opportunities, and upsell potential

  • Collaborate with Product, Insurance, Engineering, and Data Science to execute on high-impact changes that deliver measurable growth

To help us level up, you'll ideally have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in growth, optimisation, product, or marketing roles with a strong commercial or experimentation focus

  • Experience in high-growth B2B2C environments, ideally working across embedded, platform, or marketplace business models

  • Demonstrated passion for growth strategies and data-led experimentation to improve commercial performance

  • Experience in data analysis and performance commentary, ideally using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar

  • Exposure to partner-facing environments or frequent interaction with senior external stakeholders.
