About the role
As a Product Operations Associate, you'll play a crucial supporting role in bringing our protection products to life. You'll work closely with our Insurance, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering teams, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for our partners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in product operations, focusing on the essential groundwork that ensures our products are high-quality and meet our partners' needs.
Location: Remote (US). All candidates must be based in the Eastern US Time Zone (ET). We are not considering applicants from other time zones for this role.
What will your day look like? You will...
Help gather requirements for new protection products and features, ensuring they align with business needs and technical capabilities.
Load, configure, and test relevant configuration components (insurance content, customer emails, etc.) using dynamic logic across various systems.
Document and track testing results, manage error resolution, and facilitate the sign-off process for testing activities with relevant stakeholders.
Help ensure pre-launch checklists and product documentation are complete and up-to-date.
Assist in the triage and resolution of post-launch bugs and change requests.
Help validate and coordinate product updates and maintenance.
Support the team by defining feature requirements for integrations.
Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement within the Product Operations team.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our core systems, including raising clear and concise tickets and partaking in sprint planning meetings.
Assist in maintaining accurate and comprehensive product documentation.
Support internal meetings, including scheduling, preparing basic agendas, and helping track action items.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on project tasks and timelines.
To help us level up, you'll ideally have:
3+ years of experience in a related field, such as business analysis, product development or consulting. Experience within the insurance industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to gather and document business requirements that support product development efforts.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and learn new processes.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Clear and concise communication skills, both in writing and verbally.
Ability to work effectively with various internal teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
Demonstrated ability to work in a consultative manner and across multiple deliverables at once.
High attention to details, embrace challenges, be eager to learn, having a growth mindset
Effective and inclusive stakeholder manager, able to unite ideas and share cross-functional objectives
*The base salary range for this role is $68,000- $85,000 annually
