About the Role
As an Executive Assistant you will own the critical administrative and operational support for our CEO, CRO, and other key executive stakeholders. To drive success in this role, you will have extensive experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously, exceptional organizational skills, and a global mindset. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide comprehensive management of complex schedules, travel logistics, and special projects. Regular collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team will be key in ensuring executive effectiveness and efficient global coordination are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Prioritization: Own complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritization for multiple executive leaders, safeguarding their time and optimizing workflow.
Global Travel & Expenses: Manage all domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring seamless itineraries, visa compliance, and detailed expense reporting.
Event Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of internal and external executive meetings, off-sites, and special events (e.g., Board meeting logistics).
Communication & Alignment: Facilitate clear and efficient communication across global time zones, ensuring alignment between the executive team and international offices.
Project Management: Drive administrative projects and initiatives that support the operational efficiency of the executive function and key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
Executive Support: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience supporting multiple C-level or executive leaders, preferably within a high-growth tech or SaaS company.
Global Experience: Proven experience working at a global company with complex time zone logistics. Possesses a strong understanding of international time zones and cultural demands.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with Google Workspace (GSuite) and other modern productivity tools.
Logistics & Reporting: Proven experience managing complex international travel and detailed expense reports for executives.
Bonus: Familiarity with AI tools for task management, research, and scheduling is a bonus.

*The cash compensation range for this role is $110,000- $160,000.
