Position Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Associate Salesforce Product Specialist with 2+ years of experience, including hands-on exposure to Salesforce administration and requirements gathering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys understanding business needs, documenting user stories, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.

You’ll work closely with clients, developers, and product teams to translate business requirements into functional outcomes—ensuring clarity, accuracy, and smooth execution. This role combines analytical thinking, communication, and Salesforce expertise to help bridge the gap between business goals and technical delivery.

Here’s what you’ll do:

You understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions

  • Meet with clients and internal teams to gather and document requirements.

  • Translate business goals into clear user stories and process flows.

  • Support the creation and refinement of scalable Salesforce solutions.

You bridge the gap between business and technology

  • Collaborate with Developers, Admins, and Architects to ensure solutions align with client objectives.

  • Participate in discussions to identify opportunities for process improvement or automation.

You take ownership of Salesforce administration and functionality

  • Perform intermediate Salesforce Administration tasks such as user management, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.

  • Support testing and deployment of new features while maintaining data integrity and system stability.

You ensure seamless execution and collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and adoption of solutions.

  • Communicate updates, blockers, and insights clearly to stakeholders.

It’s great if you:

  • Have 2+ years of experience working with Salesforce.

  • Are comfortable with requirements gathering and user story documentation.

  • Possess intermediate Salesforce Administration skills.

  • Understand business processes and client operations.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Even better if you:

  • Have experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

  • Are familiar with process automation tools like Flow or Process Builder.

  • Have exposure to solution design or product enhancement discussions.
