In this role, you will:

You are the driving force behind successful project delivery

You lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

You build and maintain strong client relationships

You engage with stakeholders, set expectations, and act as the primary point of contact for project updates and issue resolution.

You ensure seamless collaboration across teams

You work closely with Developers, Architects, and Business Analysts to ensure smooth execution, identifying risks and mitigating challenges proactively.

You bring structure to complex processes

You define project roadmaps, establish clear milestones, and manage project documentation to keep everyone aligned.

You champion Salesforce best practices

You ensure solutions follow industry standards, security compliance, and user-friendly design to drive adoption.

You lead with confidence and clarity

You provide clear direction, support your team, and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

It’s great if you:

  • Have 5+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, including end-to-end implementations.

  • Possess strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.

  • Have hands-on expertise in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies.

  • Are proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or other project tracking tools.

  • Can manage multiple stakeholders, including executives, business teams, and technical teams.

  • Have experience with third-party integrations, AppExchange solutions, and Salesforce best practices.

  • Excel at problem-solving and proactively mitigating risks.

Even more better if you:

  • Hold a Salesforce PMP, Scrum Master, or relevant certification.

  • Have experience with MuleSoft, CPQ, or Marketing Cloud implementations.
