Quality Analyst

Here’s what you’ll do:

• You obsess over quality – Apply rigorous software testing principles and never settle until every deliverable meets the highest quality standards.

• You think like the user – Evaluate systems from the end-user’s perspective to ensure a smooth, intuitive, and reliable experience.

• You make products defect-free – Identify and track defects, maintain a clean defect repository, and ensure overall system stability.

• You partner proactively – Work closely with business analysts and developers, communicate defects clearly, and foster strong, collaborative relationships.

• You deliver excellence – Plan, prepare, and execute strong functional test cases that satisfy both business objectives and customer needs.

It’ll be awesome if you…

• Have 3–5 years of experience in QA/Testing across Functional, Integration, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Can design and implement integration test cases and acceptance tests independently.

• Possess strong verbal and written communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills.

• Understand project scope and requirements, and create test cases that cover both positive and negative scenarios.

• Have experience testing web or enterprise applications (ex: CRM, ERP platforms, SaaS products).

• Have worked with test/project management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.

• Have exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, or Cypress.

• Are familiar with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting.
