About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated QA professional with 1–2 years of testing experience who enjoys understanding system behavior, validating functionality, and ensuring high-quality user experiences. Salesforce experience is not required, but exposure to it is a plus.

If you're someone who naturally asks “What happens if I click this?”, likes finding mistakes early, and enjoys thinking from a user’s point of view, you’ll excel in this role.

What You’ll Do

You are focused on quality Apply core testing principles to ensure features work as expected and meet quality standards.

You think like an end user Evaluate functionalities from a user’s perspective to ensure smooth, intuitive, and error-free experiences.

You help drive defect-free delivery Identify bugs, document defects clearly, and support the team in validating fixes.

You collaborate proactively Work closely with Business Analysts and Developers, communicate findings clearly, and contribute to a strong project workflow.

You execute well-structured tests Plan, prepare, and execute test cases that align with project requirements and quality benchmarks.

It’ll be great if you…

  • Have 1–2 years of experience in Manual Testing or QA

  • Enjoy finding inconsistencies in apps, software, or workflows

  • Communicate clearly and ask thoughtful questions

  • Are organized and follow structured testing processes

  • Think from a customer or end-user perspective

Even better if you…

  • Have exposure to tools like JIRA, Trello, or any project tracker

  • Have worked on projects involving web or cloud-based applications

  • Understand basic testing concepts (positive/negative scenarios, regression testing, UAT support)

  • Have some familiarity with Salesforce (not mandatory, just a plus)

  • Have exposure to automation testing or basic understanding of automation tools
