About the Role

We’re looking for fresh graduates who enjoy asking questions, understanding how things work, and helping teams come to the right solution. You don’t need prior Salesforce experience—we will train you.

If you’re someone who likes communicating, documenting ideas, and simplifying information for others, you’ll do well in this role.

What You’ll Do

You meet with clients and understand their needs

• Support in gathering requirements, documenting client needs, and participating in acceptance testing and solution demos.

You help create solutions that address client needs

• Work as a bridge between clients and the technical team by converting requirements into clear user stories.

You set goals by defining requirements clearly

• Assist in creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).

• Participate in internal discussions and organizational initiatives.

You ensure seamless collaboration

• Work closely with Developers, Admins, and other stakeholders to support smooth project execution.

You ensure quality

• Assist with system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet expectations and function as intended.

It’s great if you…

• Are a fresher with a degree in Engineering, BCA, BSc IT, MBA, MCA or any other related field

• Enjoy talking to people and asking clarifying questions

• Can explain ideas clearly in simple terms

• Stay organized with notes, tasks, and information

• Like breaking big problems into smaller, understandable parts

Even better if you…

• Have done internships, projects, or coursework involving technology or business processes

• Have seen tools like Trello, JIRA, Monday.com, or similar trackers

• Understand the basics of how software features or workflows are documented

• Are curious about CRM, cloud platforms, or process mapping
