Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Here's what you'll do:

You lead business discovery and solutioning

You engage with senior stakeholders, conduct in-depth requirement analysis, and shape Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.

You drive strategic planning and execution

You translate business needs into well-defined user stories and functional specifications, collaborating with Architects and Developers to deliver effective solutions.

You ensure clarity and alignment across projects

You create and refine Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and process flows to drive structured execution.

You provide leadership in cross-functional collaboration

You act as a key liaison between business teams, technical teams, and leadership, ensuring smooth project execution and stakeholder alignment.

You oversee quality assurance and adoption

You define and execute testing strategies, support user training, and drive solution adoption across teams.

It’s great if you:

• Have 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years of Salesforce experience.

• Have expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Are skilled in conducting high-level stakeholder discussions and requirements workshops.

• Have hands-on experience with business process modeling and automation.

Even better if you:

• Have led Salesforce solutioning efforts and worked on complex, enterprise-scale implementations.

• Have experience with CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Nonprofit Cloud, or MuleSoft integrations.

• Have familiarity with Salesforce DevOps, Agile methodologies, and enterprise-level governance frameworks.
