Today, we are leveraging ambient AI to automate documentation — allowing clinicians to focus on providing care, not documenting it. Trained using one of the world’s largest databases of patient conversations, DeepScribe empowers providers by transforming patient conversations into fully customizable, detailed clinical notes.

The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Product Manager to lead the development of innovative healthtech solutions powered by cutting-edge AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs). You’ll play a key role in shaping the strategy and execution of products that solve real-world challenges in healthcare.

What you’ll do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our LLM-powered products, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Collaborate with engineers, medical subject matter experts, and designers to ideate, prototype, and launch new product features.

• Identify and prioritize key features, balancing technical constraints with business and user requirements.

• Drive product development by managing the backlog, conducting sprint planning, and ensuring timely delivery of impactful features.

• Work closely with end-users, including healthcare professionals, to gather feedback, iterate on the product, and ensure high adoption and satisfaction.

• Develop and track KPIs to measure product success and guide future improvements.

About you

• You have a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives in a high-growth, technical environment.

• You have experience managing AI-powered products.

• You’re comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and domain experts.

• You excel in ambiguity and are motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems with innovative solutions.

• You have a deep interest in or experience with healthcare and are excited to build products that improve outcomes for patients and providers.

Bonus points

• You have experience in healthcare or a related regulated industry.

Salary, compensation, and benefits

$150,000  to $250,000 annual salary
