Product Manager, New Products

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead the creation of transformative new products from concept to early-stage traction. You’ll combine technical savvy, market insight, and customer discovery to develop innovative ways to expand into new product areas.
Build Zero-to-One Products: Lead the development of entirely new products, guiding them through ideation, MVP creation, and validation stages.
Understand Healthcare Economics: Leverage insights into healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and payer/provider dynamics to shape product strategy.
Conduct Customer Discovery: Develop deep relationships with customers to uncover unmet needs and ensure product-market alignment.
Collaborate on AI Solutions: Work with engineers and data scientists to explore the practical application of AI technologies, including LLMs, in solving complex healthcare problems.
Experiment & Iterate: Run rapid experiments to validate hypotheses and refine product offerings based on feedback and market response.
Entrepreneurial Experience: 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of building zero-to-one products, ideally in healthcare or adjacent fields.
Healthcare Expertise: Strong understanding of healthcare economics and familiarity with payer/provider ecosystems.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Expertise in user research, customer relationship management, and needs discovery.
Technical Fluency: Familiarity with AI, particularly LLMs, and an ability to translate technical possibilities into practical product applications.
Problem-Solver: You thrive in ambiguity and can navigate the challenges of pre-PMF product development.
Collaborative Leader: Adept at working with diverse teams to bring innovative products to market.
$150,000 to $250,000 annual salary
