We are looking for an AI engineer to build LLM-powered applications for healthcare. You will build new AI-powered workflows that save providers hours of documentation time, enabling them to focus on patient care. You’ll often write code across the stack to get the job done.
Develop and own end-to-end AI products that automate clinical workflows for our providers, such as clinical trial matching
Own critical pieces of our realtime transcription and note generation infrastructure that thousands of doctors rely on every day
Collaborate across functions (product, design, clinical subject matter experts, sales/go-to-market, etc) to ensure we’re building and launching best-in-class products
We’re looking for exceptional, top-tier talent to join our team.
2+ years experience developing AI applications with Python and/or Typescript/React, preferably within high-growth companies or as a startup founder
Experience building LLM-powered applications (e.g., chatbots, copilots, or RAG pipelines) using OpenAI, Claude, or open-source models.

Experience integrating with EHR systems (e.g., via HL7 or FHIR) or familiarity with clinical documentation standards.
Experience working with sensitive data and familiarity with SOC-2/HIPAA
Experience with LLM training & fine-tuning
This is a hybrid position – must be willing to work from our SF office 1x/week.
$150,000 to $220,000 annual salary
