Ideal Candidate:

A seasoned UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of human-centered design principles, passion for creating intuitive user experiences, and willingness to learn and grow with our team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for space surveillance and intelligence applications, ensuring seamless user experiences across various touchpoints.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, gathering requirements and feedback to inform design decisions.

• Create low-fidelity sketches, high-fidelity prototypes, and design specifications to effectively communicate design solutions.

• Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across our products and platforms.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and iterate on designs, driving continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and design systems management.

• Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and user experience design principles.

• Ability to communicate complex design ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with design systems, component-driven design, and design language systems.

• Knowledge of front-end development and coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with design tools such as InVision, Mural, or other collaboration platforms.
