We are seeking a dynamic and execution-driven Product Manager with a strong B2B SaaS background to lead one of Digantara’s flagship products - a platform built for high-stakes domains such as defence and space operations.
The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, bridges technical and business teams, and balances strategic vision with executional detail to deliver a user-focused, scalable SaaS solution.
Shape and refine the product roadmap with a strong focus on user personas, customer journeys, and competitive positioning.
Own the backlog, define user stories, run sprints, and ensure timely product delivery in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
Identify customer needs, analyse competitive offerings, and transform requirements into differentiated product features.
Partner with business development, engineering, and operations to align product strategy with execution.
Drive end-to-end product lifecycle - from vision and scoping to pricing, GTM, adoption, and ongoing customer success.
Act as the champion of the user, ensuring product development is guided by customer-centric thinking.
Define and implement pricing models, GTM strategy, and KPIs to measure adoption, retention, and market impact.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.
Experience Range: 2–6 years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
Familiarity with: Agile, Scrum, sprint planning, and modern PM tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
Ability to: Operate independently, think strategically, and execute tactically in fast-paced environments.
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to shape SaaS products with clear value propositions and market differentiation.
Experience in defence, aerospace, or mission-critical software (not mandatory, but a strong plus).
Comfort with pricing strategy, GTM planning, and customer onboarding.
Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Comfortable working in a lean startup culture with high autonomy.
Ability to communicate with both deep technical teams and senior stakeholders.
