Break down high-level goals into structured workstreams, tasks and milestones.
Build detailed project plans, schedules, Gantt charts and execution roadmaps.
Pre-plan dependencies, long lead items and critical resource requirements.
Conduct frequent on-site visits to oversee physical progress, quality and vendor readiness.
Track progress continuously, pre-empt blockers and drive on ground resolution.
Act as the execution bridge between engineering, operations, facilities, suppliers and leadership.
Coordinate on ground teams during deployments, installations, or integration phases.
Run consistent review cadences, alignment meetings and documentation updates. Identify, evaluate and onboard multiple vendors/agencies across project phases.
Conduct on-site inspections, monitor vendor execution, quality and timeline adherence.
Negotiate commercial terms and drive cost optimisation without compromising standards.
3-6 years of project management experience in engineering, infra, aerospace, hardware, and manufacturing environments.
Technical aptitude to understand systems, integrations, electrical/mechanical basics, infrastructure readiness, or similar.
Ability to read BOQs, technical drawings, layout plans, or engineering documentation (preferred).
Hands-on proficiency with project management tools (Gantt, Jira/Kanban, MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
Experience managing on-ground execution and fast-moving deployment cycles.
Familiar with Agile, Kanban and hybrid execution methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation discipline.
Strong ownership and willingness to travel extensively for project oversight.
Experience in SpaceTech, aerospace, ground segment, or high reliability infrastructure projects.
Prior exposure to vendor coordination across multiple states/regions.
Certifications like PMP, CAPM, CSM, PRINCE2.
Experience with control rooms, labs, operational centres (bonus).
Ability to take direction and work independently.
Interpersonal skills to enable working in a diverse and dynamic team.
Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
Good verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills.
Travel occasionally as necessary.
